PROJECT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Nirmal joined Upright's structural team in 2026, bringing a well-rounded international background in civil and structural engineering. He holds a Master of Engineering in Disaster Risk Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Engineering in Nepal, where he is also a registered Professional Engineer, and is currently working toward his Professional Engineering license in California.

Nirmal enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and learning about different cultures. He loves spending time with friends and family, tending to his garden, and firing up the barbecue. He also keeps a fish tank and enjoys unwinding with thrillers or documentaries that dive into the big questions, such as the origins of mankind and the mysteries of the universe!
